基于质谱的临床蛋白质组学的
研究进展与展望
联合主席:Steve Pennington 贺福初 郭天南基于质谱的蛋白质组学的快速发展对于精准医疗是不可或缺的。但是,尚未普及到临床。其中一个技术瓶颈是来自(多中心)队列研究的临床标本的高通量蛋白质组学分析,而基于蛋白质组学数据同临床数据与其他组学数据的集成分析则是另一项技术挑战。临床质谱技术的应用还面临两大鸿沟:一是不少质谱技术人员尚未完全理解临床医学的需求;另一方面,临床医生通常未能及时了解质谱技术的最新进展和局限。本次研讨会聚集了来自临床医学、蛋白质组学以及其他领域的专家,旨在总结目前临床蛋白质组学的最新进展,探讨临床应用场景,并构建未来发展的蓝图。
